Yes. Import from Google Reviews, Trustpilot, G2, Capterra, App Store, Play Store, Product Hunt, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, CSV, Senja export, screenshots, or a video file. Approve what you want live; duplicates are skipped. Auto-sync from review platforms is not live yet.
Yes. Requests are tracked email asks — sent, opened, awaiting, responded — with templates. Free includes 20 per month. You can still share a public link or QR code instead.
Customers click your collection link and can record a video in the browser — no app. They can also upload a pre-recorded file. Free includes 1 video testimonial.
No. Every widget gives you a snippet to paste. If you have a developer, there are React, iOS, and Android recipes, plus a config API and signed identity for in-app embeds.
Paid setup is human on purpose — a real person confirms your plan and sets it up with you, usually the same day. Since we're new, that person is often the founder. The free plan is fully self-serve and needs no card. Email support@qintr.com.
